Belated Thanksgiving Greetings!

Happy Day-After-Thanksgiving! I hope yours went well. Dad came over, and we had a picnic in the living room. To tell you the truth, I was a bit concerned on how everything was going to go with everyone acting as a family again, but alas, my doubts were eased by a smooth evening.

This morning I had practice with Ben and his family, because we're playing for worship service at church. Playing last time was great and now that Ben's on drums and Nate's on piano it sounds awesome. We didn't do a ton of practicing today; the drum set had to be put together and we were working out intros and the like. I'm pumped.

Mom and I are going to see "Walk the Line" tonight, and the new Harry Potter tomorrow. Several people have told me that the Cash biopic was surprisingly good, and with Joe's friend Jimmy, a huge Cash fan, giving it two thumbs up (give or take a few knit-picky nerd concerns) I'm excited to see it. And Potter looks pretty good as well. I love watching the series. It's fun comparing director's takes on the books to film. Their styles come out so easily in each film that I'm interested to see what Mike Newell did with this one. I've heard it's the best one yet, but we'll see. ;)

Sugar high? What sugar high?

Hi! I'm hyper! Very much so! LKJDFKLJGJKL:KLJ:GDKJLKJLKEIUHJI NKJNKLSHIDGFUO YSHKLFKLSJDRANDOM CHEESEHGKLJHBKLFJXHLKJSE:LKHTKJHG

We got a TON of candy in Spanish III today, so I'm WIRED. Plus Erin got me singing Elvis. I don't remember how that all started...So I showed up to my house singing loudly and obnoxiously. Scared my mom a bit. But she's used to that. Anyway, I'm home, alone, on a HUGE sugar high. That kinda sucks, because I'm bouncing off the walls. I don't bounce off walls, the walls bounce off me! A guy at a wedding said that to me once. I think it was the photographer. I dunno why, he was a bit odd. Didn't look very professional. Oh well, not my problem.

"Wise men say...only fools rush in...but I can't help falling in love with..."

Do coffins come with lifetime guarantees?

Tomorrow my Auntie Deb is coming for the weekend! Ugh, I'm never using "Auntie" ever again...it's almost as bad as the word "nullies". That one made me gag. Anyway, that'll be awesome, 'cause she'll get to see me 'n my mates in the state-bound one act play! Yeah, that's right you football guys, we're going to state and you aren't! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! That one'll get me flogged for sure. Oh well.

So anyway, I'm pretty excited about going to state and performing tomorrow, and getting to see "Chicken Little" however juvenile that movie may seem. And I'm going to get to hang out with my friend Olivia because we never get to hang out anymore because I'm just busier than the dickens and that sucks but oh well and I just remembered I have to empty the dishwasher before mom comes home so I gotta go bye!

Delayed Schoolage

Juniors and Senior don't have to arrive at school until 10:45 AM today, because of Freshman and Sophomore testing. All I can say to this is: "Neener neener!"

Ah, this is soooo nice. I actually had time to get ahead in my notes today, do my chores properly (now our neighbor can't yell at us for the dogs digging and crapping in their yard again) and my brother (Ryan) wasn't around so I didn't have to worry about him accidentally getting in my way causing a colossal explosion of the Deedee-kind.

Yesterday was Halloween, but it was rather disappointing because I wasn't able to join in. Ryan liked using my Sir Lance-a-lot costume I used last year, coconuts and all, so I was glad he got to go.

~~~~~~~~Prayer Request~~~~~~~~~
For anyone who reads this, I'm going to ask you a favor. My friend, Sam, is having some really big family/friend issues. Her dad is in Iraq, and her relationship with her mom is nothing short of terrible at the moment. The people she believes to be her friends weigh her down with all of their problems and stab her in the back in the end. She's completely lost. I help her as much as I can, but I don't see her that often, and I know her "friends" don't give a crap about her. I ask that you pray for her, because she really needs guidance at this point. Thanks.
